Hotel was perfect for a business traveler. I had one day of business coming from New York on the train. The location is pretty convenient and Norwalk has lots of busses that run into the downtown area or to the train stations. Only downside to the location is that after around 10PM there wasn't many places open to grab a bite to eat. The hotel did have a convenience store with some options and there was a gas station within about a 10 minute walk that had some options too. The beds were luxurious and the shower was incredible. WiFi was also very quick.

We were REALLY impressed with this hotel. It was a last-minute find for us when we needed an overnight, mid-way stop on a trip to attend a family funeral ☹️ We will look for hotels in this chain from now on. The room was large, quiet, had FANTASTIC amenities. The mattress, pillows and all bedding were wonderful. We couldn't partake in breakfast, but it seemed good and the public spaces were impressive. All this was for a very reasonable rate. I'm looking forward to trying one of their properties in NYC.

Fruit water and coffee in the lobby were good and always available. Beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and soaps provided were pleasantly scented. Fitness equipment in the room was a nice addition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy to find a place.

Very clean comfortable room. Plenty of towels, shampoos and the like. Mini refrigerator and pod style coffee maker in the room with complimentary coffee and tea. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great connectivity options too. I would absolutely stay there again.
